A reservation made with Curly Redwood Lodge is a definite commitment to provide our guests with rooms. Reservations are made only with advance payment or secured by a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club/Carte Blanche). Once reservations are made, Rooms will be held for the night.
Curly Redwood Lodge understands that occasionally it is necessary to make changes in travel plans. When this happens and the reservations are canceled by 6PM, two days before expected arrival, there is no charge. A reservation made within 48 hours of expected arrival may be canceled without penalty by 4PM on the day of expected arrival. (Except on holidays, holiday weekends, and special events.)
A reservation canceled after the allowed cancellation period will result in the charge of one night’s lodging unless all rooms are rented, in which case there will be no charge. Personal emergencies will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
A reservation not canceled and not used will always result in a charge of one night’s lodging.
Curly Redwood Lodge cannot be responsible for reservation deposits or reservation cancellations delayed or lost in the mail or any other delivery service.
In the event of an invalid credit card number, an attempt will be made to contact the person making the reservation. Failure to make contact for any reason will result in cancellation of the reservation.
